Ondfødt is a Finnish black metal band from the Ostrobothnia region of western Finland, formed in 2013 and singing primarily in Swedish, reflecting the area's Swedish-speaking minority culture. The band signed with Immortal Frost Productions for their first three albums — Hexkonst (2014), Dödsrikets Kallelse (2019), and Norden (2021) — before releasing their fourth full-length, Det Österbottniska Mörkret (2023), on Black Lion Records, the latter featuring a collaboration with Finntroll vocalist Mathias Lillmåns. Their sound draws from traditional Scandinavian black metal with an emphasis on raw atmosphere and regional identity.
