Originally formed as Battleheart in Perth, Scotland, Alestorm became the world's premier pirate metal band by fusing folk metal and power metal with rum-soaked, seafaring lyrics. Signed to Napalm Records since 2007, Christopher Bowes and crew have built an international following with albums like "Captain Morgan's Revenge" and their signature brand of "True Scottish Pirate Metal."
