Aborted
Aborted are one of Belgium's most internationally recognised death metal exports, formed in Beveren in 1995 and active across more than a dozen albums including Goremageddon (2003), The Archaic Abattoir (2005), and Global Flatline (2012). Their sound is a relentless, technically proficient surgical death metal attack — brutally fast, clinically precise, and unsparing in its gore-inflected lyrical obsessions, placing them alongside Dying Fetus and Cattle Decapitation in the upper tier of modern death metal.
