Hours: Tickets held for collection can be collected from the box office on the day of the event. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you.

Parking: There is an NCP car park on Whitworth Street, behind the Palace Theatre. From Oxford Road turn right by Palace Hotel and you will see signs for the car park on the left.
