XXII Arcana is an avant-garde black metal project from Bologna, Italy, formed in 2020 with an ambitious concept of setting all 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot of Marseille to music. Their debut album "Atto Primo: 0 - IIII" covers the first five arcana, inspired by Jodorowsky's philosophy of psychomagic, with the project planned across five complete acts.
