Ungoliantha is a symphonic black metal project from Kadiivka, Ukraine, named after Tolkien's primordial spider, whose 2019 debut The Howl in the Waste delivers five tracks of atmospheric Ukrainian black metal including a Lord Belial cover. The project blends raw black metal with symphonic and atmospheric textures.
