Black metal project from Feldkirchen bei Graz, Styria, Trollskogen — "Forest of Trolls" in the Scandinavian languages — was founded in 2001 by S.M. as a solo effort paying homage to Nordic 1990s black metal and nature mysticism. Signed to Talheim Records, the project has grown to include live drummer F.A. and has released multiple albums including the debut "Der Weg zur Unendlichkeit," with themes of misanthropy, death, and the natural world running throughout their catalog.
