Tensor
Founded in 2017 in Flemish Brabant under the name Tensor Tympani — a reference to the ear muscle that dampens harmful sounds — the band shortened their name to Tensor and released the 2018 demo The Collector followed by the EP The Suicide Connection. Their progressive death metal draws on the collective experience of members previously active in Herfst, Sanity's Rage, and The Dirty Harries, and their debut album The Suicide Connection marked a step forward in that melodic, technically-informed direction.
