Swedish power metal band Tad Morose formed in Bollnäs in 1991 under the consistent creative direction of guitarist Christer Andersson, releasing their debut Leaving the Past Behind in 1993. The band released a string of albums through the 1990s and 2000s before reforming in 2013 with vocalist Ronny Hemlin, recording Revenant and St. Demonius (2015) in a European melodic metal style. Their tenth studio album, March of the Obsequious, appeared in 2022.
