Rot is a black/thrash metal band from Antwerp, Belgium, self-describing their style as 'Raping Thrash' — a raw, aggressive hybrid rooted in the blackened thrash tradition. After years of activity in the Antwerp underground, the band released their long-awaited debut studio album 'As Darkness Burns' in December 2022.
