Qube
Progressive/groove metal band from Lublin, Poland, formed in October 2005 by drummer Paul "Gajos" Gajewski and guitarist Thomas Otto. The five-piece released "Shapes" (2006) and "Incubate" (2010), the latter featuring lengthy, labyrinthine compositions drawing comparisons to Tool for their hypnotic blend of guitars, bass, and drums within complex time signatures. Their sound spans funk, jazz-influenced technicalities, and melancholic atmospheres.
