Psykup
Psykup are a French experimental and avant-garde metal band from Toulouse, formed in 1995, whose music draws on the dissonant extremity of Strapping Young Lad and the rhythmic eccentricity of Primus while developing a uniquely cinematic compositional approach. Signed to Season of Mist, the band released the ambitious We Love You All in 2008, a six-piece album showcasing their method of assembling compositions from discrete storyboard-like segments into sprawling, unpredictable structures.
