ONLY HUMAN
Only Human is a Danish progressive metal band formed in 2022 by guitarist and vocalist Patrick Grønbæch Christensen and drummer Andreas Pröll, built around what they describe as existential progressive metal. Signed to Season of Mist in early 2026, the band released their debut album Planned Obsolescence in March of that year, a concept record examining technocracy, manufactured obsolescence, and digital erosion of human agency. Their sound draws from prog, djent, hard rock, and electronics into a dense and thematically driven whole.
