Formed in 2019 in Eibiswald in southern Styria, Morituri play blackened thrash metal with death-themed lyrics and an unrelenting forward momentum. Their debut album For Those About to Die, released through Kvlt und Kaos Productions, was praised for blending the raw menace of black metal with full-throttle thrash riffing and thunderous drumming.
