Machtklang is a one-woman extreme metal project from Munich, Germany, led by Christina "Herrin" who handles all instruments and vocals. Born from the project formerly known as Finsterort, the self-titled 2024 debut channels anti-religious fury through a fusion of black metal, death metal, and doom, driven by the artist's mission to empower critical thinking against religious institutional abuse.
