Lice
Lice is a Swedish avant-garde black metal project assembled by Niklas Kvarforth of Shining and guitarist J of Teitanblood, alongside additional contributor Kirill Krowli. The band released their debut full-length Woe Betide You through Season of Mist in 2019, channeling the confrontational experimentalism associated with both parent bands into a form of black metal that resists easy categorization. The project represents a deliberate convergence of two distinct European extreme metal visions.
