Gloomy Grim is a Finnish black metal and symphonic metal project started in 1995 by Agathon as a one-man band, driven by his will to make music on his own terms with primary inspiration drawn from horror film soundtracks. The project expanded to a full band, releasing albums including Blood, Monsters, Darkness, The Age of Aquarius, and Agathonomicon.
