Future Palace formed in Berlin in 2018 when vocalist Maria Lessing joined forces with guitarist Manuel Kohlert and drummer Johannes Fruchtenicht, creating a sound that merges post-hardcore intensity with dark pop sensibility. Signed to Arising Empire, their albums 'Escape,' 'Run,' and 'Distortion' showcase Lessing's ability to shift between delicate clean vocals and fierce screams. The band's atmospheric approach to heavy music draws comparisons to Spiritbox and Sleep Token while maintaining a distinctly European identity.
