Fänggen
Fänggen is a black metal band from Lower Austria, formed in 2014, whose 2016 album "Geist des Waldes" — recorded and mixed in 2015 and released as a limited CDR with a conifer branch by Narbentage Produktionen — draws heavily on the atmosphere of dark, misty Central European forests. The four-track record represents a nature- and pagan-oriented underground black metal aesthetic rooted firmly in the Austrian woodland landscape.
