Extol
Norwegian extreme progressive metal pioneers from Bekkestua/Bærum, recognized for precise technical musicianship across five studio albums and two EPs. Their 2005 album The Blueprint Dives earned a Spellemannsprisen nomination for Best Metal Album, and their sound has evolved from technical death metal through progressive death/thrash into alternative rock territory — culminating in the 2025 double LP Burial.
