Down in One is a southern and groove metal band from Nottingham, formed in 2019 by vocalist Gon Pan, guitarist James Allsop, bassist Paul Whitwell, and drummer Jimmy Pierce. Their releases One for the Road (2019) and the Hold Fast EP (2023) deliver filthy riffs and unrelenting rhythm in the spirit of loud, riff-driven party metal.
