Dope Smoker is a stoner and doom metal trio from Pembroke in South West Wales, self-described as coming from a place "where everyone smokes dope and surfs." Their 2025 album Doom Shop features guitarist-vocalist Gareth "Lightnin''" Hopkins, drummer Johnny Faster, bassist Thin Lizzy, and turntablist Paco across ten tracks of surf-tinged stoner doom.
