Autophagia
Thessaloniki's Autophagia were a legendary one-man goregrind project active from 1997 to 2006, adhering to the old Carcass and Dead Infection school of grinding extremity with pitch-shifted vocals, explicit artwork, and chaotic song structures. Their complete recordings were compiled into the retrospective 'Spastic Grinding Gore Mayhem' in 2022, preserving the legacy of one of Greece's most prolific extreme acts.
