Asphagor are a black metal band from the Tyrol region of Austria with over a decade of releases, including Havoc (2010), Anti (2013), The Cleansing (2018), and Pyrogenesis (2023), all leading toward the forthcoming The Aphotic Vortex via Immortal Frost Productions. Their sound is rooted in ferocious, relentless second-wave black metal with a Tyrolean contempt for compromise, characterised by incendiary tempos and an anti-human thematic core.
