Angakok
A doom/sludge/drone trio from Liège whose name derives from the Inuit word for shaman, reflecting the band's interest in ritualistic and shamanic sonic spaces. After a 2012 EP, they released a self-titled debut album in May 2015 via Satanath Records, recorded at Noise Factory Studio by Gérald Jans, described as a fat, aggressive ride through dark and shamanic places.
