Athigra is a depressive black metal project from Germany, formed in March 2020, whose prolific catalog includes albums like Alles zu Asche, Die Seele des Waldes, Endzeit, and Staub zu Staub. The project was born from a desire to express hatred for social constraints and the lack of escape, channeling personal anguish and societal frustration through raw, emotionally extreme DSBM.
