SE · 1993–present · active
Total Terror was a Swedish death metal and crust punk side project formed in Örebro in 1993 by Dan Swanö and Benny Larsson, both central members of Edge of Sanity, with Andreas Axelsson joining on bass to complete a lineup of three-fifths of that band. The project recorded a crushing set of Swedish-language crust-influenced death metal at Swanö's Unisound studio, but failed to secure a label deal at the time of recording. Their material circulated in the underground for years before Vic Records released a self-titled album in 2009; Century Media later collaborated on a remixed and remastered 30th anniversary edition in 2024 that included the original 1993 demo.
